Ideal location for business at the nearby hospital. the flat is quiet and the owner is flexible with check-in time. Well-equipped kitchen and clean beds and bathroom. Convenient access to public transport.

Pleasant neighborhood within 2 min. walking distance to trams/busses/local businesses and pubs. "In town" to attend a holiday gig at Matrix-Bochum and would have been perfect at twice the price.

Explored the area at Meditherme Ruhrpark and Golf Club Schloss Horst. Free parking at Bochem Ehrenfeld Train Station. Had the entire apartment to myself. Enjoyed the variety of facilities and services offered.

Had such a blast, couldn't find anything to complain about!
